Terms & Conditions

1.1 Booking Confirmation: All reservations must be confirmed through our online booking system or by phone. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking, which serves as your receipt.

1.2 Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact information. Incorrect information may result in service delays or additional charges.

1.3 Vehicle Assignment: While we make every effort to provide the specific vehicle requested, we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent or upgraded vehicle when necessary.

1.4 Passenger Count: The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's capacity. If additional passengers arrive, we reserve the right to refuse service or dispatch an additional vehicle at the customer's expense.

1.5 Partnership Disclosure: Toronto A1 Limo operates in partnership with Book Airport Limo. Your booking may be processed through our partner's reservation system.

2.2 Standard Cancellation (24+ hours notice): Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative processing fee.

2.3 No-Show Policy: Failure to appear at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time constitutes a "no-show." No-shows are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be charged.

2.4 How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made by:

2.5 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

2.6 Modification Policy: Booking modifications (date, time, location changes) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modifications requested less than 24 hours before pickup may not be possible.

3.1 Payment at Booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon submission of your reservation.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. Cash payments are not accepted for online bookings.

3.3 Pricing: All prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3.4 Gratuity: A gratuity for the driver is not included in the quoted price. Tips are appreciated and can be added at the time of service or included in the booking.

3.5 Additional Charges: The following may incur additional charges:

• Waiting time beyond the complimentary period
• Additional stops ($15 per stop)
• Excessive luggage or special equipment
• Cleaning fees for vehicle damage or soiling
• Toll roads and parking fees

3.6 Waiting Time: Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the flight's actual arrival. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting time is charged at $1 per minute.

4.1 Flight Monitoring: For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times automatically for delays. Customers should still notify us of any known delays.

4.2 Child Safety Seats: Car seats for children are available upon request at no additional charge. Please indicate your need during booking.

4.3 Smoking Policy: All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking violations.

4.4 Alcohol Consumption: Consumption of alcohol is permitted in stretch limousines and party buses only. Open containers are prohibited in sedans and SUVs.

4.5 Lost Property: We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. If lost items are recovered, we will make reasonable efforts to return them. A shipping/handling fee may apply.

4.6 Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure safe and reliable service, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.7 Damage to Vehicle: Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or their party. Repair or cleaning costs will be charged to the customer's credit card.
